    Hi i have the xbox slim and LEG OLED 4K ULTRA HD 2016 BRAND NEW MODEL NUMBER OLED55B6V Does HDR AND HDR10 CURRENT VERSION IN the shops now we checked all the specs for xbox one slim and its all correct.If rn HDMI LEAD from xbox in to the LED TV the xbox
    picks all 4 fine says it supports it all.But my issue i have a 2016 av app YAMAHA RX-A`060 BRAND NEW MODEL 2016 and we put the HDMI from xbox to the AVP APP as i use this for dts and 5.1 digtal for sound etc for some reason the XBOX one slim THEN says it
    does support it it shows red icons says what it does not do.So what we can tell is do i need DIFFRENT LEAD ? OR maybe the AVP needs update ? but if i just run the xbox slim to to oled tv i cant get my 5.1 DTS ETC via the app.IM not sue how many have a set
    like mine and im sure most people just run it via a tv etc.We have spoke to xbox support and it was a joke they said there was update out in 2 days then send it was 5 weeks and they did not know what the update was for.Aslo the people that set my home cinema
    are experts as they do home install fo many homes and said everything i had was fine but dod not under why the xbox was not picking it up VIA the APP. Xbox did not have answer ir did not understand what we asking them and support was a joke maybe cause it
    to new them i dont know.If any has a reply or know what it might be please drop a reply.Thank you.

    p.s the AVR APP has all the specs what xbox asks for but for some reasson it wont regnoise it.This bit to much all in tech sorry but i have done my best to explain it here

    Done everything requested still getting group not found. Very bad customer service from xbox no support no answers phones just ring and when they do get answerd the customer service reps havent got a clue, Not a good start xbox

    What I did was turn off reciver while tv and xbox one s was running, restart xbox one s while reciver was off, tv was on and hdmi chain went thru reciver, tok the check and all checks went green and everything worked, got HDR and 4k, then i just reset my
    xbox one s, turned on my reciver, and all checked out fine and worked fine still. I have yamaha rx-a2050

    Unless you've 100% researched the TV you want double check that the Samsung you are getting.

    My mate last week got a Samsung 4K HDR 55 from Currys. Sales guy assured him that it supported HDR10. Got it home, set up his Xbox Slim, picked up 4K but no HDR10. He phoned Samsung directly and was told the that model didn't support HDR10 even after updates.

    Luckily Currys replaced it with a TV that supported HDR10 but was a lot of hassle packing the old TV up, waiting for the new one etc

    I'd probably do it myself but I bet there's people looking to invest in a 4K after buying a Slim, rush out, see "4K & HDR on the sticker" and think all will be ok.

    People help the council! Xbox One S - starts only in 640 x 480 mode. All tried, at home three telecoms all 4K UHD, on one does not want to translate a signal 640 x 480 in 4K or 1080P. - the write action did not work (in the image setup menu). Restart two
    buttons "Xbox" and "Eject" for 10 seconds did - does not help! Cables HDMI changed - a sense of zero. Auto detection - in additional settings it costs. Resetting the settings to the factory did not help. OSU1 - stitched - did not help.

    Still no word on when our services are going to be up and running. On top of that you cant contact any one from customer service. You call one of the customer service numbers and it says to go on xbox/help. You go on xbox/help and it says customer service
    is unavailable. What a joke. Microsoft is so trash.
