    Is this because Skate3 us Xbox 360: (is compatible with Xbox One)?

    Try purchasing on the Xbox website . I've had this problem before and just needed to have it added after buying online

    Yes, Skate 3 is backward compatible with Xbox One.

    Have you tried purchasing the game via the Xbox website?

    I had this problem with deadpool because they recalled the game, so the only way to get it was to track down a physical copy.
