Discus and support Xbox site GB/US in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Is there any way of stopping the Xbox site from switching from GB to US?     Is there any way of stopping the Xbox site from switching from GB to US? It's really annoying looking stuff up, only to realise that the price is in dollars.

    have £10 in microsoft account but can't use it to change my gamertag

    Thank you for all of your suggestions!

    Fortunately the microsoft support team helped me out greatly!

    I was accessing the US xbox site rather than the GB site, hence my account credit wasn’t valid until I used the GB site Xbox site GB/US :D

    Mine changes all the time, not worked out how to stop it.

    To change it back, scroll to the bottom left of this page and click on the region to choose a different one.
