Xbox site duplicated game on the achievements list

I'm having a problem with my achievements on the Xbox site. When I enter in my achievements list there are two Telltale's Batman of Xbox 360, one with 600/600G and another with 0/0G, meaning there is no unlockable achievement. Previously only 600/600G used
to appear. And it bothers me to enter my achievements list and see a duplicated game without any unlockable achievement... I hope you have understood my problem, and I hope there is some solution for the duplicated game to stop appearing in my games list.

This game appears duplicated in my achievements app ever since the last update, one with my achievements and another with 0/0. Both website and Xbox.

I've been having the same issue but it is with the Gears of War 2 (the backwards compatibility) really it's annoying!
