xbox sing in

i have a smilar problem but its as soon as i sign in it signs me out and saids plz sing in using a controller but i am using a xbox one controller on my xxbox one plz help

I have problems with my sing up, when i sing up on xbox, and then i start a game or application my account sing out automatically, what can i do?

 

Account sings out automatically while starting a game

My xbox account sings out everytime I start to play a game or shut it down. Also, it sings out when I try to edit my avatar. By the singing out I don't mean that it sings out from xbox LIVE or anything but it's singing out from the whole account. The strange
thing is that if there are two players singed in, the player two doesn't sing out. What should I do to fix this problem?

 

Hey there!

Try
removing and re-adding your profile back to your console. You can also try
power cycling your console - this can clear up a lot of quirky things that sometimes pop up.
