xbox signing me out of live randomly still (Xbox One)

So i have been trying to play games with my friends when all of a sudden I am signed out of Xbox live and disconnected from everything. Only my Xbox is affected, not my laptop nor my phone is affected by the sudden lost of connection so I do not believe
it is my internet. I have tried many, many things to fix it and it just isn't fixed. I have restarted / power cycled my Xbox and router, i have given it direct contact with my router, but nothing... any ideas or help with this issue? (It has been happening
for about 2-3 days now)

Theres only the xbox one who is connected to the network.

Is the connection can log out my profil too ?

i will contact my service provider too , just to be sure .

I just put yesterday my console in wireless to see the difference and it seems more stable , do you know if you have allready encounter a problem like that ? ( otherwise i never had any problem with the console )

Sounds like it may be an issue with your connection. So that we can best help you out, can you share your detailed network statistics from under network settings? Also, do you happen to have a second Xbox One connected to your network? Some network hardware
doesn't support multiple consoles which can lead to frequent disconnects.

 

As far as I know, there have been Xbox Live sign-in issues going on the past day or so. Everything seems to be fine now, so give your console a

If you're connecting through Wi-Fi, wireless interference in your home could cause your Xbox to drop the connection to the router. For either wired or wireless connections, it could be how your network is configured, which may be (fully

this has not fixed it and i have done those steps and nothing has fixed it. could it be my xbox's age? I have never had these issues till a couple days ago right before the core services were down.

 

these people are sucking on xbox staff weiners trying to defend the company and pretend they are smart by telling you to reset your xbox the old fashioned way but this is not the problem.

microsoft clearly screwed up something in their beautifully crafted cancer windows 10 that probably **** with xbox like it **** with peoples laptops...

anyway this problem started on the 15th of august 2 days ago for me.

i was playing gta online doing whatever then 2 or 3 times i disconnected .. reconnected.. then 1 hour later boom it was permanently out... my phone and computer was still connected to the internet watching youtube...

but my xbox wont connect to any wifi
