    Xbox signing me off


    I have this issue where I turn my Xbox on (and usually it signs my account in automatically), but now I turn it on and it wants me to sign in.

    When I go to sign it, it stays signed in for about one second and then immediately signs me off. I can sign in to other people’s accounts on my Xbox but not my own.

    Help would be appreciated.

    (Turning the Xbox off and on doesn’t work)

    Hi! As mentioned performing a power cycle/hard reset will most likely solve the issue. Follow this link in order to find out how to do so:

    When I started playing my games I would be in the middle of the game and it keeps signing me off I've restarted game multiple times

    Your profile is kept online by your network. Your profile is online based which is why you have to have Xbox live to activate the cloud and certain online functions. If your router has a hiccup or your stats decline for whatever reason, other devices in
    your house causing interference, or too many devices connected at one time. Here is some troubleshooting to make sure your network isn't the issue.

    Random disconnection solution.

    Have you tried clearing the cache of the console by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds .

    Retry afterwards .
