"Xbox sign up unavailable. Try again later." Adding someone to Family

The Xbox is giving me a "Xbox sign up unavailable. Try again later." Message when I tried adding an account back to the family, it won't let me add it back. My son accidentally deleted his account from the family. The
services said they would have it fixed weeks ago and still nothing. Can anyone help me with this?

Parent account not valid

I removed myself from the family account. When I tried to sign in to my account on my console it said that the parent account was not valid and that I needed to create a new one. After I created the new parent account and tried to sign in it said that Xbox
Live sign up is unavailable. Please try again later. Can someone please help me?????

Hey xLewisss v! Sorry to hear about the trouble! Let's see if we can get to the bottom of this. Are you trying on the console, in order to get the free 1 Month Gold trial? Or would you be able to try creating an account on Xbox.com? Let us know!

How do I change a parent account but

Here's the exact message, "Your parent's Microsoft account isn't valid. Your parent needs to choose a different account to manage your Xbox profile." It gives me 2 options, "Change Parent Microsoft Account" or "Play offline".

I'm not exactly sure, but I was thinking maybe they deactivated the email. When I try to connect to XBL, it says something like "Parent Email is Invalid".
