    Xbox sign out issue


    So iam playing games and my profile will randomly disconnect from xbox live(gold) and within ten seconds reconnect. Originally it wouldnt connect for a few minutes but now it anywhere between five to thirty seconds. Ive “cleared cache” changed wifi, restarted,
    is there anything else iam missing that it could be?

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We need a little more information to make sure we provide the correct solution. Are you using an Xbox One or Xbox 360? Do you get an error message when you test your Xbox Live connection in your network settings?

    Are you connected to the internet on your xbox through wifi? If you are, you should (if possible) try ethernet and see if you remain connected. Another thing that may be happening is someone is signing in or out of your account on another device.
