Xbox sign in with microsoft account

On the computer, the game uses the Xbox profile that is signed into the Xbox app, but it can cause issues if the account that is signed into the Microsoft store is different than the one signed into the Xbox app.

So, please check if your Microsoft store account and the Xbox app account are the same and they are your main account. If possible, sign out of both apps, then sign in again.

You can only sign in to the Xbox Console Companion app with one Microsoft account at a time. However, you can switch between different Microsoft accounts. To switch to a different Microsoft account:

1. Open the Xbox Console Companion app.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Sign Out.
4. Select Sign In.
5. Under Use another account, select Sign in with a different Microsoft account.
6. In the Choose an account window, select the Microsoft account that you want to sign in with.
7. If prompted, enter the credentials associated with that Microsoft account.

To create a Microsoft account, go to account.microsoft.com, select Sign In, and then choose Create One. If you have already created a Microsoft Account, you can sign into that website with the email/password combination that you used when you first created your Microsoft Account.

You can use this Microsoft Account to sign into Xbox. Click Sign In and sign in with your Microsoft account email/password. You can then use that same Microsoft Account to sign into the Xbox App on your PC as well as the Xbox Game Bar, if prompted.
