Xbox sign in screen never loading

Discus and support Xbox sign in screen never loading in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; I just got a series s and whenever I try to actually sign into my account, it just shows the white screen but doesn't manage to load the log in screen...     Xbox sign in screen never loading


    I just got a series s and whenever I try to actually sign into my account, it just shows the white screen but doesn't manage to load the log in screen so I can't log in.

    I logged onto my username when I set up the account but I can't play any game pass games without logging in again.

    I have tried a simple restart, a full restart including unplugging the console, but nothing seems to fix it.

    I’ve just tried this, straight after the 360 load up screen I get “Getting your xbox 360 info...” This never loads and the game eventually loads its title screen. I press the A button to start the game and I am then prompted to download my profile on the
    sign in screen as I don’t have and accounts there. This doesnt work as its failing to connect to xbox live.

    nah, it's a glitch that's been around since Gears 2.

    For future reference, never sign into the game at the loading screen.
