Xbox sign in problems

i havent been playing much of my xbox since I have sign in issues, when i first got my xbox I had no issues in signing in but for the past few months ive tried here and there to see if it just fixes by itself somehow. I auto sign in and it signs me in offline,
I check my Nat Type and its unavailable, i check the Statistics it changes the Nat Type to moderate or open, so i back out the settings to home, i try and connect to XBL but still cant so i sign out and sign back in, still no, so i check the nat type again
and says unavailable.. Ive tried resetting my router numerous times, unplugged the power brick numerous times, even tried a different account to see if it was just my main account, i've tried wired connection but that doesnt work since it doesnt connect for
some reason, tried recovering my account aswell, also at times ill leave my xbox on and itll put me online after some time, or when i try and play a game online it'll say im not online.. anyone else have this issue?

XBOX ONE Sign in problems

For a while now whenever I turn on my Xbox I'll either sign into xbox live but can't sign into my profile or vice versa. The only way I can sign into both is to either do a hard reset on my console if the profile doesn't log in or unplug the Ethernet cable and re-plug it in if its not connecting to Xbox live. Does this happen to anyone else? I started thinking that maybe its because my 1yr old had been turning my system off and on rapidly a few times before I could curb this behavior. Any thoughts? I've reset my modem countless times so its not that.......
