XBOX Sign-In page Access Issue - In Some situations

Dear Team,

I had experienced that xbox live login page doesn't appear in some scenarios. When I verified the packet captures, I noticed that the requests are going towards: notice.xbox.com domain and activity.windows.com domain. During this situation, I always end
up not able to proceed to Sign-In page.

Any idea: Why the requests are going to notice.xbox.com ???

it is normal when you sing in to Microsoft you actually get redirected through a couple different pages

(the number of redirects actually depend on what service your login in to with an Microsoft account)

what you can try is:

try another browser
reset your browser
login directly here https://login.live.com/

Sorry for the inconvenience but we are currently looking into this situation. There is an on-going outage
signing into Xbox Live. Some Customers are experiencing black screen before or after signing in, or issues accessing previously purchased content. There are also reports with Store App failing with the error “Something
Unexpected happened code: 0x80072F8F”. Our Engineering currently working on the fix.

currently looking into this situation. There is an on-going outage signing into Xbox Live. Some Customers are experiencing black screen before or after signing in, or issues accessing previously purchased content. There are also reports with Store App failing
with the error “Something Unexpected happened code: 0x80072F8F”.
Our Engineering currently working on the fix.
