I understand that you are experiencing issues signing into the Xbox App on your phone.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

Please clear Xbox App data. Do this on your phone, go to Settings > Apps > Xbox App. Clear the cache and data for the app.

Restart your phone and try signing in again.

And then check for System updates. Make sure that your phone's operating system is up to date because compatibility issues arise from outdated software.

Next is to reset your network settings. On your phone, reset your network settings to ensure there are no connectivity issues. Reconnect to Wi-Fi or mobile data and try signing in again.

If the issue persist after performing the troubleshooting steps, kindly uninstall the Xbox app from your phone. Download and install the latest version from the app store.

Please sign in again and see if it works this time.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused but rest assured we are here to help. We suggest a reset of the console since the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a >Soft
Factory Reset< (while keeping games and apps)
IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

• There is a stable network connection.
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

Side note: We cannot stress this enough, since the console will kick off all profiles on it please make sure the sign in information to all the profile is known (email and password)

Please clear account sign-in data by going into Minecraft settings and clearing their account sign-in data. Restart your device before signing in.

Make sure that you are signing in the same account where you have bought and played the game as well as the same account you have linked to your Switch.

You can try removing and reinstalling the profile to the console
