xbox sign in locked

Help Looks like my account was hacked. I cant log inI have a reference [Mod removed]. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Account locked?

I know you cannot sign into the account in two different places at the same time. I am saying the account is LOCKED on my xbox, and I cannot sign into live but I am allowed to sign into the account. I can sign on other xbox live accounts just fine. I dunno
why the account was locked, but it would be nice if it was unlocked?

 

Removing Smiley face from start please

When I first open start {Xbox 360} I get when locked screen presents a Hello onto locked screen, how to remove this greeting

You are not allowed to post reference numbers or personal info,like your email address on the forums.

The chances of your account being hacked are extremely small so I doubt that happened.

Are you getting any error codes when trying to sign in ?

It would help if you posted more details so someone can better help you.

 

Call 1-800-4MY-XBOX as soon as you can to reclaim your account.

However I agree that it is next to impossible to hack a gold account unless you give out your account info.

 

I'm experiencing a similar issue. I've contacted Microsoft and I was then informed that someone was in control of my account. I've never given out my information to anyone that wasn't legit. I've been informed that I have to pay $99 bucks to restore my account.
I'm currently locked out of anything linked to the email account, and its been hell trying to restore it. At this point I'm very confused regarding this issue.
