    Xbox Sign in Help


    I just bought an Xbox, And when it says to Join Xbox live after submitting my account email and password, It says This Microsoft account is account is associated with a different Xbox Live profile, Try a different account. I have no idea what that means,
    can anyone help?

    Netflix and Amazon Prime, one account 2 xbox. Help

    Hi all

    I have two xbox one and want to be able to watch Netflix or amazon prim on one xbox and play games on the other at the same time, the problem is I can not run the apps without a xbox live account and I can not sign in as I am already signed in on the one I play games.

    why can I not sign into the apps without a xbox live account as this is annoying and I just can not get this to work

    any help thanks

    Xbox One Online Subscription Sharing

    What u have to do is have One Xbox Live Gold account on EACH Xbox.

    1. Sign in to HIS xbox with YOUR username and make it YOUR home xbox
    2. Have him sign into YOUR xbox with HIS username, make it HIS home xbox.
    3. Then sign back into YOUR xbox under YOUR name, have him do the same
    4. enjoy all digital game sharing!
