    XBox sign in failure


    Hi there, I purchased Forza Horizon 5 Standard Edition on Oct 3, 2022 (Microsoft order #6727774256) and Forza Horizon 5 Premium Add-Ons Bundle on Nov 3, 2022 (Microsoft order #1018366135) and started playing game on my Windows 11 Laptop which is up to date (22H2 Build 22621.1413). Since couple of weeks ago when I try to start the game, It says "We can't sync your data with the cloud right now" after a while XBox window opens and says Welcome back elk2353 Lets Go. Then there is this warning: The Forza Horizon 5 server is not currently available try again later.

    Ok, First thing you need to do is check xbox live status. There could be a sign-in issue at there end. www.support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

    Doesn't work. The window pops up, which is what I am guessing would be where i sign in, but its just a black box.

    Hi ! I'm Aymeric, an independant advisor, and I'm here to help.

    Have you tried to reset all Xbox services on your computer ?

    Here's how to do this : go in the Windows settings and select "Applications".

    Find the search box in the right part of the windows, and type "Xbox".

    Click on each app, and choose "Advanced options". Then, scroll to the bottom and choose "Reset".

    Make sure you do this for each app !

    Once you finished with Xbox apps, search for "Gaming services" and reset it, in the same way you did previously.

    Then, once done, reboot.
