    Xbox Sign in Failure


    I am on windows 10, and every time I try to sign in to the Xbox app or game bar, I get a small black screen where the normal sign-in would be. I don't know how to fix this, or what caused it. Any help on how to fix it, greatly appreciated.

    Ok, First thing you need to do is check xbox live status. There could be a sign-in issue at there end. www.support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

    Doesn't work. The window pops up, which is what I am guessing would be where i sign in, but its just a black box.

    Hi ! I'm Aymeric, an independant advisor, and I'm here to help.

    Have you tried to reset all Xbox services on your computer ?

    Here's how to do this : go in the Windows settings and select "Applications".

    Find the search box in the right part of the windows, and type "Xbox".

    Click on each app, and choose "Advanced options". Then, scroll to the bottom and choose "Reset".

    Make sure you do this for each app !

    Once you finished with Xbox apps, search for "Gaming services" and reset it, in the same way you did previously.

    Then, once done, reboot.
