    So yesterday I tried to sign in it kept on showing me a error people told me to reset it keeping my games NOW i can't add a account when I click on it loads for ten seconds and goes away can anyone help please

    I cannot log into Halo Master Chief Collection

    It did not fix the issue, I also attempted to sign in with another account and the same error happened. After the error I get "sign in error: Error encountered while signing into xbox live"

    Is Error code 0x87DD0006 related to current problems?

    Based on the site for Error Codes, I'd say yes.

    try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account
