    Xbox Sign In Button Doesn't Work


    I cannot sign in to any of the xbox gaming apps. Not the console companion, the xbox app, nor the gaming bar. Clicking the sign in option brings me to the splash screen of the green sign in button with random games in the background, but clicking it does nothing. The button reacts to being clicked but doesn't end up signing me in. I can sign in just fine on a browser, as seen here, but otherwise can't sign in. Microsoft store also works fine. I have tried several times to repair, reset, uninstall, and almost anything else I could fine online but I can't find a solution besides hard resetting my PC, which I'm not willing to do.

    Press the Windows Button then type Services.

    Right-click over the Services App from the list of results.

    Then select Run as Administrator

    Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

    IP Helper

    Xbox Live Auth Manager,

    Xbox Live Game Save,

    Xbox Live Networking Service,

    Gaming Services.

    Do this with each of the services listed above.

    Right-click over the service and select Properties.

    Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic.

    If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services.

    Click Apply and OK to save changes.

    Then try logging in again.

    Follow this path and delete the folders, restart your PC, log in to both apps again and see if that solves the problem.
    Open File Explorer.
    Navigate to the following:
    C:\Users\[your profile]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_cw5n1h2txyewy\AC\TokenBroker
    Delete the Accounts and Cache folders.
