to your account, and should display in the Ready to install section of
My Games & Apps. I would check the account's order history through Settings> Account> Payment & Billing> Order History to confirm the code's redemption to the right gamertag.

If it is there but is not showing up in the ready to install, contact
customer support for further troubleshooting.

Troubleshooting:

1) Console reset. A console reset of the operating system can help if there was corruption in an update that might be causing this issue. You can reset the console and keep your Apps & games; please click on the link for the how-to guide.
