    Xbox Shutting The Game Suddenly


    Why when i was playing GTA IV on xbox one suddenly the game shut-ed down to xbox dashboard my disc is clean so why this problem and i have the same problem in GTA San but this without disc ?

    Puzzle ffreezing

    Glad to know that I'm not the only one having problems with Jigsaw Puzzle freezing up, suddenly shutting down, etc. Will stop tearing my hair our now that i know it's not just me. Will also stop trying to play the jigsaw puzzle and just concentrate on the
    card games.

    Keep disconnecting from xbox live

    I keep having your same problem. I cant seem to find any information online. I keep getting booted offline and my apps suddenly stopping. I have tried your way of shutting off the xbox several times it works for about 10 minutes and then does it all over
    again.

    Refresh your cache memory, to do it go to the Dashboard , press and HOLD 10 sec the power button of the console, wait 30 sec.

    Restart console and try to play.

    Does it work ?
