Xbox shutting off

Since you're on the Xbox OS Preview builds, you'll want to post your problems on the

appropriate forum category, as problems with Preview builds are not necessarily fixed by the standard support procedures (it could be related to something new Microsoft is trying in the Preview).

Hi Ezra, the link you sent me assists if you aren’t able to turn the xbox console on, this isn’t the problem Im having. Thank you for the reply though

It could be an issue with the console. Try doing a factory reset on it to see if that solves the issue. There's an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to redownload them and your saves are safe on the Cloud.

Do you still have your repair order information from the previous repair? If so your better off calling support directly to open up a new repair order/claim and explain the situaution. just make sure you have that information readily available. Hope

Your console is overheated. You must clean from dust with compressed air or compressor.
