    Xbox shutting off while loading COD


    I just sent my Xbox back to Microsoft got it back they said everything was fine they re-downloaded all the software completely erased it and rebooted it my game is still shutting off while loading it will get to the loading screen and completely turn off I don’t know what the deal is I’ve sent it in I’ve tried it with two different X boxes both of them do the same thing and it is getting quite annoying nobody can give me an answer nobody can help me out I don’t know what the problem is I spent good money on this game and the system and for some reason it just does not wanna work correctly

    When you say it "restarts" do you mean it loads up like it's coming back from a Hard Reset (loads through the long green xbox logo screen before hitting the dashboard)? If so, check the power settings and make sure it is set to "Instant On" and you have
    the option for shutting down hard drive while off unchecked.
