    Xbox shutting down when games is launch


    Hello

    I wanna play to Ori and the Will of the Wisps but at the loading screen at the launch, game freeze and xbox one shutting Down instantly

    It the same thing that happened with an other game oli 2 xl

    I tried to change game location to internal hard drive same thing happened

    Are the xbox live servers for the 360 going to get shut down?

    There will be a time when they will shut down, however it won't be known until Xbox One is launched and the player base of 360 begins to die down.

    What I have found when dealing with issue of game crashes is restarting my xbox and then shutting it down and waiting about 5 minutes before launching the game again.

    I'm not sure I understand what the issue is...? When you say "not launching anymore", are you saying the Xbox no longer boots up? Or, when you say "after a while it shut down", are you saying it is randomly shutting down (powers off)? Or, is this a problem
    with the controller connecting and staying connected to the Xbox?
