Xbox shutting down problem

Discus and support Xbox shutting down problem in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Every time I insert disc it automatically turns it self off it only started happening after I ejected fallout 4 because it froze.     Xbox shutting down problem


    Every time I insert disc it automatically turns it self off it only started happening after I ejected fallout 4 because it froze. I need solution fast before whole family yells at me for breaking Xbox one.

    it fixed self when I unplugged for 2nd time it worked

    That was intense! After reading the first post I was like "OMGoth this poor person is gonna get yelled at by their whole family!" and then after reading the second post I was like... "Whoa that was close!".

    Xbox One Powers Off and Then Powers On again?

    Hey Lausaly I did figure it out. Just plug in your play and charge kit BEFORE shut down.. and wait 30 seconds. Your Xbox One will shut down and stay down, but you do have to wait 30 seconds before shut down. I hope this is a software problem that can easily
    be addressed and not an electrical problem in the kit.
