Xbox Shutting Down on load

My xbox has been shutting down when I load something. It will run for however long I want it to, but when I load anything it shuts down almost immediately. I have tried everything I have found about this on the internet and so far nothng has worked. I have
tried discs and digital games, factory reset, clearing the cache, using different outlets and more and so far none of it works. I hope I can get this fixed soon.

System wont stay on- Powers off for no reason

Is anyone else experiencing their system shutting down frequently? It has gotten to the point where I cant load a game even/

 

Xbox one restarts every time I turn it on

When you say it "restarts" do you mean it loads up like it's coming back from a Hard Reset (loads through the long green xbox logo screen before hitting the dashboard)? If so, check the power settings and make sure it is set to "Instant On" and you have
the option for shutting down hard drive while off unchecked.

 

Is this happening with only your games or other apps too?

If this is happening "only" with your games (any game) then this is your OS what's causing this issue. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do at this point. You are just going to have to wait for the next system update and hopefully this issue should
fix. If you are having this problem then you are not alone, I have this issue and other people as well.

If your console is shutting down on apps too then there is something wrong with your console or power supply.
