Xbox shuts off when using a app, then starting a game. Or vise versa

If im using a app, example youtube/microsoft edge. And I launch a game while the app is running. It immediately shuts my console completely down. To where i have to do a full reboot to get to my home screen.

Like wise if im playing a game, example fallout 4. And i launch a app, (youtube/microsoft edge) then go back to the game. It instantly crashes my system and completely shuts down.

This has been going on for the last two months, and i have no idea why.

Xbox support, what is my problem?

Party issues with app and console

Was having issues yesterday but wasn't a problem before. App was not syncing with party on the console and vise-versa. I been using the app on my phone for a group chat playing fortnite. But like I said it wasn't a problem until last night, very intermittent
and would just cut off randomly.

xbox one preview not registering preview app on xbox one does not show up in search on marketplace nor will work when going to preview support page says "group not found" had many of tech supports try to help fix the problem still no improvement

Getting into the 360 preview program doesn't necessarily guarantee you getting into the Xbox One preview program, or vise versa

You dont look up the registration app you get invited and then wait for thr app

As mentioned by support and major nelson you need a new invite

Invites comes via the console

Hi, it is a known issue which is being worked on. For now it's best to quit what you are doing before you launch something else.

As the console seems to power down regardless of what app or game is launched, we recommend you trying one of our factory resets, which you can find here.
Make sure you know your account credentials (email and password0 as you will be asked to sign in afterwards. Let us know how that works!

Have you attempt to use the xbox beta? ( or vise versa) to see if there is a difference?

I'm having a problem, I downloaded a dlc for advanced warfare and most of it works but when I try to use the ae4 my brother can't And vise versa.
