Xbox shuts off when playing games!

My family plays my XBox One all day, it get a little rest. I hear the in-system fan speeding up on a small game. My Dad alone can play 6 to 8hrs in a Fishing Planet Game ) Free Download game) after that he play old b/c XBox 360 games. Time I get the XBox
is at late day time. I'm playing Overwatch, Apex Legends, Call of Duty Warzone, PubG the fan goes wild, then shuts off. I give an rest 1hr. still shut off.

The XBox is overheated.. Turn off your Xbox. Give it a 1+ or 3hrs rest.

Make sure you keep the XBox from a entertainment center that may block the fan. They design entertainment centers to keep in heat which can make you XBox overheat. You can make a bigger opening in the back of your entertainment center.

What if it Summer time its super hot outside and inside. Too hot in your room.

This helped me.. I have a big metal fan when it blows it blows. I use it to cool off my XBox.. It works..

In winter and Spring times I do not need a fan, its cold in my state.

check event viewer for any obvious issues, but looks to be a hardware issue, instant hardware crash which locks pc up, could be gpu at fault as have seen this many times with other prebuilds that come in where i work. how old is it and which country are you in in regards to warranty length.

also download blue screen reader to see if it actually generates a hidden bluescreen error.
