Xbox shuts off when i eject a disc and gives an error when trying to start up skyrim

as the title says. this just started today and ive only had the console for only a few months.

Xbox One crashes when starting a game from instant-on mode

I have my Xbox One set to instant-on mode. Usually, say I'm playing a game, and just turn off the console. When I restart my console later, I'm able to just pick up the game where I left off. For the past week or so, when I start a game this way, the screen
goes black for about 15 seconds, then the console shuts off. I can't restart it with the controller, only by pressing the power button on the console. It then goes through a full start up process. I've done a bit of experimenting--say I'm playing Skyrim when
I shut the xbox down. When I restart from instant-on mode, if I try to get back into Skyrim, the system will crash. But if I first start a different game, then start Skyrim, everything is fine. Or, I can start from instant-on, select Skyrim, select "quit,"
and then start the game, it works. It only happens when trying to resume a game that was active when the power was shut off. I've tried clearing the cache, didn't work. It's not a huge issue to work around, but it is annoying and if there is a fix I'd like
to know it. Thanks for any help!

 

Reading Disk Error?

I got my xbox a few years ago and I got a digital copy of Skyrim with it. I have playing Skyrim a fair amount since then. But recently when I start it up I get the main menu, it loads the two DLCs and when I click Load, Continue or New; a Read Disk Error
pops up. Its says to clean the disk but how clan I do that if I never had a disc? I deleted Skyrim off my console and re-downloaded it but the error still pops up.

We might have been able to provide more concise assistance if we knew with the error message said. However, I am curious if this might be some kind of

network issue. May I suggest checking >Settings >All Settings >Network >Network settings >Detailed network statistics and running
Test multiplayer connection. If that's "all good", then I recommend a couple more things. Preform "How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console"
and maybe try deleting and "re-add" your account/profile back to your Xbox. Yes, I know that the last one may sound a little strange,
but it's possible the error message you are getting is because you account is not properly synced with Bethesda's back end. Let us know if this helped.

hi the error code is 0x8007005. ive learned that it also affects apps as well.

Thanks for the follow up and the additional information. The error code [0x8007005] does show up in "Error & Status Code Search", and sure enough it has to do with
login issues. When search on the error code It comes up with a complete list of steps to perform in hopes of correcting the problem. Yes, I know, some of the things you may have already tried. But, it maybe worth it to go through them one-by-one to make sure
you have done everything to get you back up and running.
