    Xbox Shuts Off Internet Every Time Its Put On


    So when I put it on simply it turns off I don't know if this just my internet shutting off at the perfect moment or my xbox but it is a Xbox One S so I just don't know what to do I just really want to play with my friends.

    does anyone else have this issue, while in other input xbox turns off once in while?

    I think it is because it is not out putting to anything since you have the TV set to a different input. It is from your power saver. If you turn everything on and just shut off your TV the Xbox will go to sleep mode after a certain amount of time.

    My xbox one won't connect to the internet,every time i try to connect to the internet it shuts off and restarts..just as i get done typing in the password and hitting enter it doe that.

    Check for firmware updates for your router. Update with the latest firmware if you're on a lower version and try again.

    Didn't work and yea every time i shut off the Xbox. It doesn't go away if i sign out it just goes away every time i shut the Xbox down.
