Xbox shuts off completely only in game.

First I would like to say I hope this is in the right section.

Now here's the deal I recently got a new power brick for my Xbox one

since mine burnt out. Since then my Xbox starts games

fine but seconds into map load in battlefield per say it will

Shut off, instantly after I can turn it back on. So I downloaded a game

off marketplace. Zoo tycoon for pure tests sake ran the game and while loading the

Game for the first time worked till I loaded my first zoo

BOOM Xbox turned off yet again ready to fire back up. I've tryed the following.

- New outlet with and without surge protector power strips

-different room & 2 different houses lol

-hard reset and reinstalled games

I have another power brick in the mail to me.

My thought tho is it's not the brick because I can sit

at dashboard for 2 hours bs with the boys try to join a game

with them and BOoM. Any thoughts on this that i haven't tryed?

I've watched my loading screen too many times to not figure

Out my ghost problem haha.

3) No, you can only turn off voice. If you turn Kinect off, it will completely shut down..

The more I read these articles from today. I think they are saying it can be completely shut down IF AND ONLY IF the Xbox One is shut off, not while it's playing games or watching television.

I would almost bet a paycheck on it.

Please try a full power cycle on the console to start - power cycle

Be sure you have your xbox plugged into the main wall outlet not via an extended lead or surge protector to make sure your xbox is getting the full power it needs.

Make sure your xbox is in a well ventilated space and has its vents free from dust build up.

Thanks for the reply. I cleaned my xbox, made sure it is free from dust, so i guess its the powerbrick. I'll try a new one.
