Xbox shows no games installed

If I install games digital or from disk and turn my Xbox One X off and back on it shows no installed games in my games library. It does show the harddrive space is being used and i can access the last game i played from the "recent" list on the dashboard.

If I plug my xbox back into the internet the games list shows up again.

I tried my custom xbox settings with no success.

I tried vanilla xbox settings with no success

My warranty company replaced the harddrive with no success.

The warranty company says their diagnostics show no problems?!

I cannot access my games library offline?!

Any help is appreciated

No games disk or digital show installed under the games library offline. I've set it as home and is the only xbox one x I've owned.

Hi Tim,

Thanks for coming to the forums. Some games will need internet connection to show, such as if your home console is set on a different console, any game that requires online. Sounds like you have your home console set on a different console. This is why you
cant access them offline.

Are you signed in with the same account on the PC as on the Xbox?

Is the game showing up in your ready to install section on your Xbox?

When you go to the store on the Xbox One and look up the game does it show that you have to purchase the game or does it show install?

With the digital Deluxe version came additional content which was the black hand jet and the black hand wing suit. It is a separate installed item. The xbox showed it as installed but it does not show up in the game's menu. On my home xbox it shows it
as installed and does show up in the game's menu. I've tried uninstalling that content from the guest xbox and re installing it but that hasn't fixed the problem. The only thing I haven't tried is completely uninstalling the entire game and this additional
content and starting from scratch.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

IF that doesn't help then try doing a
Factory Reset keeping the games and apps.
