Xbox showing up twice on the same screen

    Today when I turned on my xbox video would not show up so I tried a cold reset. Then when it appeared it shoed up side by side of the same screen

    i am having the same problem on the xbox one with cod ghost also uninstalled it a few times and still only loads up to the mask and then black screen ,twice it said xbox one almost done sncing up but just stays on the black screen !!!

    Trouble with Xbox One

    Somethings wrong with my Xbox One. It turns on just fine but nothing is showing up on the screen. I'm turning the console on and off, same goes for the TV. I'm unplugging the HDMI Cable and re plugging it in and I'm switching channels but nothing is showing
    up. Can you please respond ASAP.

    That's totally bizarre! So it was a copy of the dashboard, it wasn't just a snapped app? I would again hold the power button to turn it off, then reboot it and see if you get the same thing. If that doesn't work, turn it off, and unplug the power cord from
    the back for 5 minutes.

    I unplugged it overnight and it stayed the same and I connected it through to my smart tv and it worked fine but when I moved back the the tv and adapter it still showed up twice

    I unplugged it overnight and it stayed the same and I connected it through to my smart tv and it worked fine but when I moved back the the tv and adapter it still showed up twice

    It shows up twice, because it is literally two separate downloads. It was on the same gamertag.
