Xbox showing 0 Friends

Hey there, my name's Jay... I am having the similar malfunctions with my friends list today. I am writing to ask if you ever found a solution for the issue?

I've been having the same issue today. It shows all of my friends Offline, even though about 90 of them are Online at any given time. And I also found that if I viewed their profile, it says "Add Friend" on it, even though they are already, definitely,
my friend lol. It's being quite buggy today. I've done 2 hard resets myself but it's still acting strange. Hopefully all of this gets itself fixed soon. I'm really hoping that the next generation of consoles doesn't have these problems, as they are quite constant
for me all the time. Good luck to you!

Clear cache and do Power Cycle.

Hard reset your xbox hold the power button until it shuts off u can also unplug the power cable from the back to make sure power stops running through the xbox completely then plug it back in and turn it on and if that doesnt work id recommend removing
the account from the xbox and readding it
