    So under people it says 0 friends are online even though alot of my friends are online. How do I fix this? It's extremely annoying and I don't wanna have to delete my account and completely start over

    Hello, in addition to doing what the guy says on I would also recommend you to put the profile offline and online then before you turn off put the profile online:) and unplug for a few minutes

    Hey there :)

    First step try to power cycle the console, follow this:
    Here!

    If this doesn't fix it, try to remove your account from the console and sign in again from the beginning...

    But you don't have to create a new account for sure ;)

    Hi abnorm,

    Thanks for your response. To further troubleshoot this, try removing your profile from the console, then adding it back onto your Xbox One. This can correct any profile issues, check out this article on how to do so:

    Hey, I appreciate the help but I've tried everything you guys told me to do and nothing worked I'm starting to think I'm gonna have to create a whole new account and start from scratch which would suck bc it'll be like I'm buying a Xbox for the first
    time and I'd lose everything.
