Xbox should create a second hand market store for digital content

there is nothing revolutionary about the xbox one. they just want to push Digital onto the retail market because then there is no second hand market for games. the game industry doesn't need the xbox one, they need to stop blaming failures on things other
than themselves.

Digital content like family sharing, digital store and other such features do not go hand in hand with the restrictive DRM...

Why don't people understand that?

never been a "yes" due to how console banning works.

Why not? It's a hardware client for Live. I would assume it will have the same used risk as the 360 - banned console.

they make it cost prohibitive to do so. Say charging you a large fee to transfer your licenses, or just plain not allowing you to transfer them at all.

Since when has MS ever charged for license transfer?

The reason I am thinking about this is
that the 360 install base is fairly illusory. There really aren't seventy plus million users.

There are 48 million or so active Live accounts, of which around half are Gold.

Is there any actual proof that you will be allowed to sell your console.

The difficulty is that Xbox + Japan is a fairly limited market, so it throttles the JRPG market on Xbox fairly tightly despite then having a worldwide fan base. Blue Dragon was decent from what I remember of it (my over-riding memory being that it was
58676 bajillion discs - a rarity at the time!), should also be relatively cheap second hand if you can get your hands on it.
