Discus and support Xbox Shock blue controller disconnecting and reconnecting 1 second later - has this been fixed in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Despite me using the genuine play and charge kit for this controller and the battery being near to full, i'm still getting the controller disconnects...     Xbox Shock blue controller disconnecting and reconnecting 1 second later - has this been fixed


    Despite me using the genuine play and charge kit for this controller and the battery being near to full, i'm still getting the controller disconnects for a second; the light on it flashes once and go's back to a steady white.

    Someone said that they are working on a fix and other users are experiencing a similar issue although other threads i've read relate to the controller disconnecting when they play AC Valhalla which i do not own currently and all the posts are from mid-November.

    When i first paired my controller to the console (XBONE OG) a couple of weeks ago it prompted me to update which i did.

    So has this issue been patched or not?

    I have the same problem. Its been months and call of duty has still not fixed the issue. The problem is having a wired headset connected to your controller. This is a glitch which COD has to fix. Nothing is wrong with the console. When you navigate the game menu disconnect your headset and it will work fine and wont disconnect. If it does disconnect in game or anything, just disconnect your headset for 5 seconds and it will reconnect.

    When reconnecting all cables, don't forget the one for the power supply, disconnect it for at least 30 seconds.

    Disconnecting the console from power like that, sometimes fixes controller synching issues

    Control was disconnecting for no reason. Now the Xbox itself connects to live, seconds later it disconnects, then moments later again connects and continues to do this with no imput to the system. Cannot do anything at this point because the malfunctions.
    It started with the controller disconnecting. Does anyone have any success stories of these problems being fixed?

    i bought a new xbox one serveral weeks ago and the disconnecting issue is a major problem. in game it says please reconnect controller for 2 seconds and then you can go further. this is not a controller problem. microsoft need to fix this .
