Xbox Settings page is missing

So I wanted to join a realm, but whenever I try to go to a realm the error message "You cannot play because of how your account is set up appears. It gives you a link to an article witch then links to Xbox settings. Unfortunately whenever I try to get there
it says the page is missing. I haven't been able to get to my settings for a while now. I've tried everything! Please help

I figured it out, but for future reference it was this page https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360042221252-I-m-Getting-an-Error-When-Trying-to-Play-Realms-with-a-Child-Account

The weird thing is that I don't even have a child account. But the link to xbox settings on this website doesn't work.

Thanks but my problem is still not solved! I keep getting the same page (support.xbox.com 😔😔) when i click settings tab... That page says "Hey what happened to this page." It may have a new location or may not be available anymore.

What browser are you using ? I have just accessed account.xbox.com with both Safari and Edge.

It might help clearing your browsers cache.

Hi im having the same problem. It give link to account.xbox.com/settings

but it ends up at support.xbox.com page.
