More than likely you've set you profile too private, not sure where the setting will be too change it, but try looking at your account on the Xbox One and then maybe look for something like privacy.

Found it, go to settings on your Xbox One, then on the left of the screen choose the option called "privacy and online safety" once there choose the option called "custom" you can then tailor your accoun to whatever you want.

To be honest with you, looks like the system is detecting that you own a child account as you won't be able to see the page if it's considered as child.

Keep in mind, that in order to prevent smart kids from finding a default reset code and disabling the parental controls without their parent's knowing, you can't remove the code yourself easily.You will need a special reset code that is calculated from the

I had my xbox at a friends house and one of their kids just put it on and they cant remember and I'm a 20 year old so I don't think my parents don mind
