Thank you for replying back so quickly. If you cannot see the status of where the console is, then I would recommend
Contacting Support to see if they can assist you with locating the console.

Log into Support.Xbox.com
Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
Step 1: Click on Ask a Question
Step 2 : Select your Product
Step 3 : Select your Issue
- Select – Call me back

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to your issue, when you sent in your Xbox One console, did you receive a tracking number and did you try to look it up that way? Also, have you tried to Contact Support for further assistance? If not,
I would suggest trying to
Contact Support so that they can assist you with locating your console.
