    I am very disappointed in xbox services my Xbox popped and I have no power at all there was smoke coming out the back of the Xbox. I rang up with this problem and they wasn't even interested with my problem I had to answer alot of
    questions. For them to turn around and say there is nothing we can do all because my warranty is expired. They told me I had to pay £150 to get a new Xbox replacement. my son was in the room and if the Xbox caught fire it would of been your asses on the line!
    I'm very disappointed with this outcome. I love Xbox and I had to start using my ps4 again which I never wanted to do but due to poor service I had too. I would like another Xbox but unfortunately for myself I don't have 300 pound to spend on a new one so
    you have lost a valuable customer!! Very outraged of this case for Xbox to turn around and say there is nothing we can do! What if my son got injured in this case? Now my 6 year old son is upset because he can't play on the Xbox! He hates the PlayStation and
    so do I for that matter but it's the only option we have!! Hope you take this into consideration as I'm very upset with everything what went on and went wrong!!

    It should be possible to pay for out of warranty repair on your console.

    Depending on the model. I know some services are no longer offered on the original xbox one due to it being discontinued last year and they simply don't make the parts for it anymore

    They don't give any information on how long it could take. The only updates that have been given (on Twitter) is that it's still being worked on. You can sign up at https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status?xr=shellnav to
    receive a notification when everything is working.

    Unfortunately, language availability can vary and is completely up to the publisher. For games like Mass Effect, it's best to reach out to EA and provide them with your feedback in alternate languages. As for the Status Alert, our teams are aware of some trouble
