Xbox services sucks

Xbox services sucks, I did an online repair request for my xbox 360 which is out of warranty and was told to pay almost a 1000 rands. I have did payment and two weeks has past with no answer.I have been on the online chat and never had success, I have called
the call centre and omg you wait for a good few minutes before your call gets connected and then still no success. For a huge company this is disgusting service.I was so keen on the Xbox one s but I wouldn't want to deal with Xbox now.I prefer PlayStation.
Don't buy xbox people, we pay so much for terrible service. Service no : [Mod Removed]

xbox support sucks!!! only stupid mofos working there. so much problems over the years...maybe i should switch to sony i dont know but such a support is unbelievibel

Yes, I reported myself so maybe you would get back to me and we can handle this issue. I can't get nowhere on the phone. I need someone hired and a manager or supervisor.

Sorry that you have experienced that kind of service and also my bad for not responding sooner. I have been a bit tied up here! To get back to your question, no its not normal but it will not harm hour system. If you want to you can return the console to
the retailer and get it replaced. You can also go here for
service on your Xbox console.
