xbox services running slow/disconnects

anyone else suffering? when the service is working it's slow, the slowness causes the xbox to freeze sometimes and as of just recently kicked off xbox live for about 10 seconds.

Was fine last week, not SUPER slow

Last week my XBOX Live was running flawlessly.

This week, when I booted it up for the update, well, the update took awhile. Then when all was said and done, my XBOX Live service is running slow. It takes awhile for everything to load up... that is, IF it loads up. I've also been having alot of disconnects
as well as being unable to connect to the service at all!

Everything was fine for a year, and now suddenly, my XBOX can't properly connect to live. What gives?!

My xbox is running slow and won't load some games and other games is very slow to load. it is very slow during start up. is there anyway to fix this problem?

There is currently a service alert for Xbox LIVE on the Xbox 360.

Please stay tuned and keep an eye on that page, the tech team are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it. Once they do, they will update the above page to reflect the fix and you should be able to connect without any further issue.

Apologies, but when the problem is almost the same across the board, the answer and advice will of course also be the same. The service alert has been resolved according to the page, are you now able to gain access to Xbox LIVE with no interruption or problem?
If so, then great!



If not, can you please perform a clearing of your cache and then try again.
