Xbox Services is not letting me update my console

i have an old origanal phat 360 core model and im having a similar issue it wont let me connect to xbox live because of a new update i try to update it and it looks like everythings fine but at the like very last second before the update finishes it comes
up with the "C810 1012" consle ban error code the one that is put on the consle because the consle had ben tampered with or mad to play illegitamite games but thats not true i bought it brand new when it first came out i never opened it never nothing i dont
get it and i dont know how to get ahold of the enforcement team this is stupid i only played it online exactly 2 times then i tried the ugh pos ps3 that i will never forget but back to the xbox i go to the enforcement page to check the status to see whats
going on and i enter the serial number and it say "Unable to detect the state of this serial number at this time, please connect this device to Xbox Live." but i cant connect to xbox live i dont get it!

also when im at the home page of the enforcment website it says i have an absolute perfect record its totally true i do i now have a slim but i would still like to get this one working again.

“I need help with system updates on my Xbox One”. If you have tried everything listed and the console still will not boot up your console may need to be serviced.

Getting your Xbox console or Kinect sensor serviced.
