How do you contact Xbox services in the UK. I have been trying for a couple of weeks but the telephone contact does not work. I have been able to discuss my issue through the ‘3rd party’ option, bit ultimately they advised me to complete a service request. However everytime it gets to the final page of the service request it doen’t work, advising me to clear cookies ,etc. I’ve done this now on several browsers and still the same issue.

I fear my warranty will run out before I am able to get through to xbox/microsoft services, and there doesn’t seem to be a phone contact.

You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

If there is an issue on multiple browsers, might be worth opening up a command prompt (Windows icon, start typing "command prompt" click run on the result) and, in the window, type (or copy/paste):

ipconfig /flushdns

This sometimes fixes issues with browsers and websites...it has helped me overcome a few internet related issues in the past

Just purchased the xbox one, I'm playing destiny and for some reason it's stops working and says no internet connection, do you need internet just to play.?? I have the disc.

If you are still having the issue, you may need to restart your router. turn off the xbox, and turn it back on after the router has resumed normal function.

No, turning off the console did not fix the issue.
