    Xbox Services are garbage.


    After switching to Sony PlayStation and spending time gaming on their service I can honestly say their services are better. Anyone thinking about switching should totally do so it's worth it in the long run. After reporting some people on PSN I was notified
    that PSN Moderators had taken action against said player. On xbox I report someone and nothing happens but peopld like me who game with no headset on half the time get com suspensions. Xbox Live caters to *** talking little brats and cheaters who have jfag
    Xboxs but dont get in trouble. When the Xbox Live Moderation Team learns who actually needs banning I will keep gaming on PSN. *** YOU XBOX LIVE MODERATORS.

    Xbox are garbage

    I had a functioning Xbox one. The only thing that never worked from day one was the chat function. I bought new headphones and adapters and controllers but chat never worked. I went through router and ISP and Xbox live support opened ports and did everything
    but zip. Eventually Xbox told me to send the console back which I did. The first replacement they sent wouldn't sync the controller no matter what. I worked with Xbox support to try to get the controller to sync, bought a new controller, used USB cable but
    no luck. Was told to send that console back. Now the next one was the same and now the third replacement is the same. I asked for my original Xbox back - at least I could play solo games, but support told me they can't. I give up. Not going to try a fourth
    time. I have a dead Xbox and I hate Microsoft products. This is warning to you people that Xbox are garbage. Buy a PS4.

    Customer service is garbage

    Hello,

    With controllers and consoles that become faulty that is the procedure for a repair is to send it in and get it fixed or replaced. If there is a Microsoft store near you, you can take it there and see if they will be able to assist you faster. As for speaking
    with a higher up you will need to call back in and talk with a manager or supervisor that way. There are none here that have that ability.

    Once your console leaves the repair facility it's no longer under Microsofts control. You might be able to file a complaint with the shipper. You could also call support but I am not sure what they can do.
