    Hello,

    If anyone here could help me or has had a similar issue i would greatly appreciate the help.

    So my new Xbox Elite 2 control pad developed terrible stick drift on the left thumbstick, so i sent it back for repair, printed the shipping Label and dropped it off at a UPS pick up point.

    All is well at this point, this was 9 days ago and i have tracked the UPS shipment since and it says it reached Frankfurt 3 days ago, when i checked my service request on the Microsoft website it shows as not been received yet? This seems like a long period
    between the controller being delivered and not being received by the Microsoft repair team. Is there a chance it could of gone missing?

    I would suggest returning the controller to the store you bought it from. In most cases when doing that you walk out of the store with a new one instead of having to wait at least 2 weeks for it to get repaired.
