hiya im jay a xbox amby under lockdown in uk too I feel your pain but as ever this is out of our hands u need thee official team not just community we can help u get to the right place tho. you say it was sent by ups have u logged a complaint on there web
site also we will help u get some official help but I cannot stress enough this may take a little time due to how things are the ambassadors do not work for xbox we are gamers with a little more info or skills that love to help on stuff like this. u will need
a bit more info tho things like the model number ser/no if you have this it will help them.

It’s actually 14 to 21 business days for an official repair or replacement from Microsoft, and this does include shipping time. The exact wait time depends on a various number of factors though such as your country/region, the specific model, etc.

After your console or sensor has been received at our service centre, the average time of service is 14 to 21 days, including shipping time.

Jeff, 2 day delivery time starts counting as soon as you get an email from Microsoft telling you they send the controller back to you.
