    ok I got this email regarding my defective Xbox series 2 controller, they received it on the 11th then in 2 days I was notified that my case was closed and heard nothing else beside that. I have checked the device page for the status but it has not changed
    since the 11th I've tried looking thru emails trying to find out what is happening but no luck do I just wait?
